Welcome this is the first lesson. We're going to be learning about the basics of vampires.
Ok so tell me some typical(not Meyer) vampire characteristics.

thay are reanimated corpses that can change form (tantlise)
thay are goths that cant take bright light, and sleep in coffins. (vampire kisses)
thay are evil creatures who pray on young children (bloodline)

Drink blood, evil, sunlight destroys them, creatures of the night, very strong and fast ( I know this is in Meyer's books but they are often described that way), sharp canine teeth.

Ok yes that's the main idea.
Now list Stephenie Meyer's vampire characteristics.

Eyes that change color, bloodlust overtakes them, sparkle in sunlight, incredibly good-looking, very strong and fast, pale and cool skin, fine senses, must kill to feed unless changing human to vampire, immortal.

My favorite is the changing eyes. I love how it seperates them into good and bad, newborns and ancients.

Very Nice
Do you think that being a vampire is a punishment or a reward?

Being a vampire is a punishment. Being immortal would be terrible, because you never get the experience of dying in a peaceful way. Vampires aren't sure they have a soul, so they may never really get to experience death, even if they are killed. The bloodlust and eagerness to kill would feel terrible; I would hate having to hurt others (even animals) to survive.
