As Riley waited for class to start the boy that she kept running into today came in. He was walking towards her and took the seat next to her.
Hi.She said with a little smile.

Tristan laid his books on the table as she greeted him. I'm Tristan, he said, grinning. Well, he might as well try and make friends before she found out just how disruptive and nnoying he really was.
Yep, that's right, he couldn't help but talk over the teacher, throw pen lids and be a jerk. It was just him. Great. He wondered what the teacher would say when he found out that the table he had been put on in isolation had recently aqquired another person.
To his surprise, the teacher simply frowned. Tristan wondered how many chances he would get this lesson.

I'm Riley. At least he was trying to be nice. She noticed the teacher frowning at him. Class hadn't even started yet and the teacher was frowning? She hoped the teacher wasn't going to be mean.

So she was called Riley? Cool. He sighed, then asked, how's Forks treating you? He guessed that everyone had probably asked her that today and he wouldn't be the first one.
He remembered when he had been new all those years ago the kids had constantly asked him about the whether. He supposed that's what you got if you came from Florida...

Wow that was original. Loads of people had asked her that today. Even this random person in the hallway....that was weird Forks is nice. I love all the cold and rainyness. She smiled. That was probably the last answer anyone expected and lots of other people were surprised.

Tristan sighed. She probably thought she was being original. Unfortunatly, his mouth was ahead of his brain. Yeah, you and 1000 other people. He rolled his eyes. Yes, after a few years you got used to the weather.
Especially when you had nothing else to compare it too.

Hmm...he wasn't surprised that she liked the rain. I didn't know there were 1000 people in this town. She smiled. Well she did really like the rain and the town seemed like a nice place.

Yeah, I forgot the number. Please remember the substance rule.
Trsitan looked up to the ceiling. One, who cared how many people were in the town? And two, why on earth was he talking to the newbie. Yes, he had been the new person once, but now he didn't bother with them. everybody thought they would be something new and fascinating, but at the end of the day they were just ordinary people like everybody else.
Strange, isn't it? The lesson had started, and he hadn't uttered a single word.

Thank goodness the lesson started. They kearned about atoms or something it didn't really matter. They were oast this chapter at her old school.
Thankfully the teacher didn't call on her and she just got to sit there the entire class period.
She was getting hungry so she checked her schedule to find out when lunch was. It was next and class was almost over.

Tristan looked up in shock as the teacher asked him about atoms. He asked him about the element carbon and what it's atomic mass would be. Tristan stuttered around for an answer, how would he know? He said the first number that came to his head, twelve? He said, puzzled.
To his absolute surprise the teahcer told him he was right, although he looked suspicious, I'd advise you to answer the question on your own next time, Mr.Greene. Tristan simply rolled his eyes, the whole conversation ended up with him getting detention. Again.
Boy, was he glad when the bell rang? He jumped up out of his seat and headed for the door, towards the dining room. He was ravenous as per usual.

Class ended quickly. When it was over she grabbed her stuff and headed for the door. She was starving and wanted to get to the dining hall quickly.
She stepped outside the classroom and headed toward the cafeteria(well she hoped it was the cafeteria). She went through the line and bought her lunch. Then she walked to an empty table and sat down.

Man the people around here were so rude! Befitting for their small town mentality. That boy hadn't even given her a chance. She had played tennis back home and badminton came naturally to her. Fine, she didn't need this. The rest of her classes passed in a blur. She hardly remembered anything she was so angry. She was still seething as she got to school the next day. Jerk. Was she going to let him ruin this whole week. Well... it might ruin itself. She sighed. Another sucky day. Typical. She headed into the school and her morning classes. Then lunch. Sucky sucky school lunch. That was going to be her description of this hick town. It summed up everything perfectly. She grabbed a tray and went through the line, then looked for a place to sit. There was Riley, sitting by herself. Might as well sit with her.
Hey, you're Riley right? Mind if I sit here?
Without waiting for an answer, she plopped herself down into the seat across Riley. She grabbed her sandwich and took a big bite. Then BAM- a drop of ketchup landed in her lap. Darn it, these were nice pants. She was such a messy eater. She hated it. Rolling her eyes angrily, Tessa grabbed a napkin to wipe up as best she could.

While she was sitting there alone enjoying her lunch Tessa walked up and asked if she could sit with her. Without even waiting me an answer she sat down.
Then she came over and ate like a pig. She was being extremely messy.
Haha Erin I love you!

Adeline had fortunately managed to remain under the radar for the last few days, for which she was very glad. She'd been bored stupid for the entire day, forced to attend classes that were all about things she'd learned before. Addie wandered into the dining hall - cafeteria, cafeteria, she reminded herself. Bloody Americans... she mumbled. Why do they have to come up with a different name for everything?
She suddenly noticed that she was standing in front of a table. Addie didn't know anyone here yet, and she wasn't particularly interested in meeting them, either. She sat down at the table, not even noticing the people, and pulled out her phone, opening Facebook. It was 6 am tomorrow at home. No wonder she was getting tired - the evils of jet-lag. Looking upfor a second, she finally noticed the others sitting at the table. Oh, sorry, I didn't notice you. I'm Adeline.
