Tristan pulled his car up into the Forks High School car park. It was a typical rainy day and there wasn't anything he could do. He sighed as he locked up the door and slung his bag over his shoulder. He hoped there would at least be something exciting happening today. He hated being bored.
Tristan looked around the car park. He couldn't see anybody that he knew yet. He sighed and started to walk over to the main building. He had been in Forks for half of his life, but he still hadn't gotten used to the cold. At least the people were interesting.
He arrived at the main building with a smile on his face. He had just remembered that he had p.e today. That was his favourite subject.
In his daze, Tristan accidently walked into somebody. Sorry, sorry. He muttered.

Riley had just moved to Forks. It was a nice place and everyone seemed friendly. She loved the cold and rain.
She drove to school and found a parking spot. She grabbed her bag and got out the car. She was hoping that people wouldn't be mean.
She was headed for what looked like the main entrance when she bumped into someone.
Sorry!

Tristan looked at who he had bumped into. It was a girl that he didn't recognise, and trust me, the school was so small that you got to know everybodies face eventually. A confused look arose on his face, but he quickly dispelled it.
No, no, it's my fault. He said, clearly. He then smiled at her and began to walk inside. He was still confused as to who she was. He shook the thought from his head. It wouldn't matter, would it?

Riley quickly made her way to the office not wanting to draw more attention to her newness. The secretary gave her a schedule. Ugh. First class of the day : PE. Why did school have to be so mean. She hated P.E. because she was extremely clumsy. After that she was to go to band I bet it's tiny, their band, then Chemistry, lunch, Geometry(which she had already been taking honors in her old school), and finally English. Wow today should be fun.
She headed off to what she was hoping the gym.

Tristan shoved the rest of his books into his locker and headed of toward the gym. PE time. He couldn't wait. He loved sport and he just couldn't get enough of it. He walked briskly to the changing rooms and threw his gym kit on in a rush. He grinned at his friends. They probably loved it just as much as he did.
They jogged into the gym. Their class was a mixed class as their wasn't enough people in their year for seperate classes. He picked up a racket from the floor. The teacher had said they were doing badminton today. He and his friends grabbed a court and started to hit the shuttlecock with enthusiasm.
Tristan spotted the girl he had bumped into in the corner. He smiled at her, followed by a series of wolf whistles from his friends. Shut up. He told them.

Riley smiled back and felt her face turn red when his friends whistled. She was angry with the teacher because they had made her do gym today.
She changed and came back out. Great! I have to play badminton and I'm new. No one's going to want to play with me. She just sat down on the bleacher not attempting to join a game.

Tessa walked into her gym class and looked around with her usual apathy. Just her luck, getting stuck in this dumb class. She hated gym. But then, Tessa hated a lot of things. She sighed. Why did her life nearly every aspect of her life completely suck? Her parents move her to this little town in the middle of nowhere. Her boyfriend of two years just up and calls it quits. Her grandparents, married 35 years, were gettting a divorce. What was wrong with people? She was the only sane one. Just then she noticed a small girl sitting on the bleachers, looking a little forlorn. Might as well make friends, even if they turn out useless. Whatever, Tessa hardly cared. She walked up to the girl (man she was SHORT!), smacking her gum, and tried to hide the small bubble of shyness that had popped into her brain. She was Tessa Newlove, she was always calm. That's what she hoped she appeared like anyway. Hey there. I'm Tessa. I'm new here.

Someone else was new too!!! O MY GOSH! I'm not alone! Hi I'm Riley. I'm new as well. I wouldn't think a town this small would get 2 newbies on the same day.
Tessa was taller than her and was smacking her gum like crazy. She had spoken in quite a loud voice (or maybe it just seemed loud to Riley since she was usually quiet). Tessa didn't seem like the kind of person that she would normally hang out with, but this was a new place and she didn't know anyone. Turning down people appearing to be nice wouldn't be a good idea. Maybe Tessa really is nice though. You can't judge a book by it's cover.
The fact that she wasn't the only new person made Riley perk up a bit. Maybe now people would focus on the outgoing Tessa and less on shy Riley. She could only hope.

Please read the rules. You must register your character in the character bio thread here, before you continue to RP. Netspeak isn't allowed. Thanks.Tristan enjoyed the game. Badminton wasn't his favourite thing in the world, but he played it anyway. He would play almost any sport. With one swift flick of his racket he gained another point. He grinned to himself.
Out of nowhere, his friend hit the shuttlecock back. Hard. It flew over Tristan's head and landed somewhere else. He sighed and set off to retrieve it.
It was by the girl's feet he had bumped into before. She was talking to another person. Sorry. Hmm, he thought as he walked back to the court. That seemed to be the only word he was saying today.

As she spoke to Tessa someone hit a birdie over by her. She flinched. She saw the boy that had run into her come to retrieve it.
It's ok.She said as he walked away.
It seemed like things always flew at her in P.E. Even back at home...was home.

Tessa steeled herself to smile at the girl. Her name was Riley and she seemed nice, if a little too innocent. She was new too. Why on EARTH had this little itty-bitty town draw two new people on the exact same day? Whatever, she wasn't planning on questioning fate of God or destiny or whatever force it was. She was happy, whatever face she put on, to have someone who looked like a friend. Suddenly, a badminton birdie landed at her feet. She looked around, somewhat shocked, and saw a boy hastily scooping up the birdie and apologizing. He was cute but brown hair was SO not her type. Hey Riley. Hey... um, your name is? And... I love badminton. Mind if I join?

Another sporty person. Why did she have to be so uncoordinated. She could barely walk in a straight line let alone sports. Now Tessa was heading over to join....well she didn't know his name but they went to go play badminton and she was left alone.
She wasn't sure if she liked the company of Tessa or being alone more. Oh well, P.E. would end soon and she had band next. This made her perk up considerably. She loved band.

All speech should be in White. Thankyou.
As Tristan was walking back to the court he heard somebody behind him. He turned around to see it was the girl that the girl he had bumped into had been talking too. She was asking him if she could play too. She didn't even had a racket. He looked back to his friends who were shaking their heads. They didn't want a stupid girl ruining their game.
Sorry, this is a closed court. He said confidently, then turned back to his friends, they laughed with him. They carried on playing the game. Tristan shook his head before serving, boy, were the new people confident or what?

Riley watched the boy walk away laughing. It was kinda mean. Oh well. Band passed in a blur. She was right, their band wasn't much now she had chemistry.
She walked into her class before the final bell had rang. She got her books and a seat and waited for class to begin.

Tristan walked into his chemistry class with a smile printed upon his face. It had been a fun morning so far, he couldn't fault it. He took a seat in his normal place, but noticed that the usual unoccupied seat next to him, was in fact, occupied.
He looked her up and down. Didn't he know her? Ah yes, the girl he had walked into earlier this morning. Tristan's expression was unchanged. Hi, again. He said.
